Welcome to Aqua Plumber, no job is too big or too small!

Our story

Aqua Plumber operates as a Licenced division of Aqua Synergy Group and since 1994 Aqua has been committed to being the best provider of plumbing, water filtration, and treatment solutions and services throughout New Zealand.

This commitment has seen the company grow and establish a nationwide network of water specialists that own and operate their business within the local regions. This provides our Aqua Plumber Licencees a competitive advantage in the market as they know and understand the local water quality requirement and can match these with the best products within various sectors, which means our customers receive the right solution for, the first time.

We Love What We Do

Aqua Plumber is dedicated to providing a premium level of service. We work with you to deliver the plumbing services you require, with no surprises. Whether you need plumbing maintenance in a single building or a commercial block, we service New Zealand’s plumbing needs with a variety of installation and maintenance services.

Chances are there wasn't collaboration, communication.

There wasn't a process agreed upon or specified with.

But that's not all that it takes to get things back on track.

The villagers are out there with a vengeance to get that.

In New Zealand, most sanitary plumbing, gasfitting or drainlaying is ‘restricted’. That means it’s illegal to do it yourself because of the health and safety risks. You also risk expensive mistakes and even voiding your insurance.

When you use a plumbing firm that is a member of Master Plumbers, you know they are authorised to carry out the work they do.

All Master Plumbers members have a Certifying tradesperson on the team. These people have the highest qualification available and are responsible for making sure the company’s work is done competently.

“Health and Safety is a collective responsibility through all levels within the organisation”

We take Health and Safety seriously. Our employees understand and support our Health and Safety initiatives and actively get involved in the various training sessions made available to them.
